Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer the following:

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bryan@bryanradio.com with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items and digital products are non-returnable.
